Gentle Floor Yoga

Gentle Floor Yoga – Nurture Body and Mind With A Feel Good Experience

Gentle Floor Yoga offers an approach to well-being by focusing on slow, supported movements.  It excels at increasing flexibility and range of motion, particularly in the hips, spine and hamstrings while releasing deep muscular tension to alleviate pain and improve posture.

It also provides profound mental and emotional benefits, reducing stress, anxiety and symptoms of depression by activating the parasympathetic nervous system leading to increased relaxation, greater self-awareness and mindfulness, ultimately contributing to a more positive mood and overall sense of well being.  The practice is suitable for almost everyone, promoting both physical restoration and mental rejuvenation.

It’s the perfect practice for anyone seeking a low-impact approach to yoga.
